fed up with the newly bought laminator that has broken down for the second time. i have no understanding of how many times a brand new machine can break down every single time it's used, and it's barely a week since its purchase.

I totally wrote a nice email to scold the person in charge. how can a person sell a stupid faulty machine to a school. it's as if we don't have anything better to do than to chase around a faulty machine. grrr
