I've been looking around. Calculating. It's upsetting that what I earn and have now will never get me close to owning a house.
I don't want no fancy big house. It's good for looking and visiting but not good for staying and maintaining. I would like a small place, a tall roof would be a plus then I can have a loft style thingy. A small cozy place with big windows that allows Mr Golden Sun to shine through. Nope, no grass no garden. If it's not a condo then maybe I'll consider planting a big tree for good shade, but that's the max I can accept in the green division.

water please
urgh it's like bad karma.
i just reprimanded the kids for being rude, and now after a long day of work, i want to take a shower, no water comes out of the entire freaking house. grrr. I thought every house will have a tank of water reserved for rainy days like this. it's literally raining outside too. gosh. i can feel every bit of the sweat on me. disgusting. blerh~
Morning
I woke up after a series of weird dreams at 9.20am.
It's been a long long long time since I don't have to wake up by a specific time. The working saturdays, cheng beng, convocation, all and all, I haven't been having real sleep-till-you-drop weekends for such a long time.
Everyone's gone out, to the market, to school; dad's still sleeping soundly as always; the house was empty and quiet. It's been a long time since I've been in the house with the friendly morning sun shining in. It felt so nice so at home.
A little noise pollution on the piano, then on the TV, take a relaxing shower...... Oh so nice. I want more weekends like this.

I like it here
Because in this place I'm free. I feel safe.
The people are friendlier and with warmth.
My pace slows down, and I am relaxed most of the time.

The Holiday
Well, it was theoretically The Study Break.
As predicted no studying done, unless two pages count.
First night was dinner with the cousins from US, BM and BM. LOL. Kendra and Eryn from CA while the other bunch is from Bukit Mertajam.
XiaoMin did buy 'mua chee' for the American kids, but the adults ate it all. Grrr
the next day was with HohoHin.
He said Jack went to school and he's not in school because he's on holiday. Yup, the 3 year old is on holiday year-long.
After fetching aunt and cousin from the airport and hung out around Queensbay Mall, I met up with my old old friend, JyhYun, from primary school. Great company, not too bad food, lots of talking. And I saw my secondary school mate, who sat right beside our table; didn't greet her except for a faint social smile.
next day was Penang's public holiday, Heritage Day or something. Afternoon fetched the BM bunch and Kendra to Mengkuang Dam and played Frisbee. Turns out Frisbee is funner than it looks.
Then we planned to sneak out without the adults' knowledge to have supper. WTH so fun except that there were two kids with us, one 10 and another 13. But they're old minded people, bleh~
Playground fun in the night. The playground had the turning thing which goes in circle making you dizzy. Kendra was a way better monkey-bar-er than YZhen. One sporty girl she is.
Weekends we went Redang Island. Pretty water, cool breeze, burning hot sun, lots of buffet food, this and that. Feel the wave, awesome wave.
Today is back to dooms place day. Bye bye good food and awesome company, hello to traffic jams and pain in the ss.

Though it's not, I just want to feel like I've never left and have always been there
I don't want no special treatment.
I just wanna feel that I've always been a part of the family.
I just wanna have a meal together like normal.
Though I spend lots of time there, I'm not a 'KL person'.
I just wanna feel that I've always been a part of the family.
The Envelop
There is a document envelop in our fridge.
That kind people put paper documents or money in it. The brown A4 sized one.
It's in our fridge.
=) Chocolates inside.

Big Welcome
An hour after arrival in the Food Paradise, I was welcomed by a whole lot of people.
Family members, friends... ...
I was so busy messing up with the kids whole night long I didn't eat anything much.
Only after we cleaned up and went to bed I felt so hungry.
Suddenly I felt so important, hahaha~ feeling as if everyone's there because of me.
Anyways, I'm glad that almost every trip to Penang now I've got the chance to enjoy the company of lots of people I love.
I love the mess, the fight over food, screams, and of course the noise of TV, adults chatting, children running about and the sound of the marble pieces knocking each other! (^^.)
We have all grown up, haven't we?
Even the children who used to cry for milk is now talking like an adult.
Children seemed to have grown up and the grown ups seems that they haven't aged.
I love it. Hugging each other and play until we fall and roll on the floor.

ATC=TC/Q
For profit maximization, MC=MR
Free entry and exit, P=ATC
So in perfectly competitive market, P=MC=MR=AR=ATC
Cool huh?
I'm starting to like econs... ha, it's a whole lot better than MC100, way way way better.
I super love the peaceful environment now. Thanks to the holiday, I don't have to fetch the kids or listen to them fight because they all gone out for family vacation.
The only downside is there's no snacks to reward my hard work.
Super stuck on DBSK's Balloons right now. Can't get it out of my head.
But I like it. haha, got the hyper feeling inside of me.
I'm waiting, for the moment.
My heart rejoicing, my mind psyched.
I'm waiting, for the moment.
Home, here I come!

-feeling kind of down, suddenly. for no reason.
-progressing really slowly on the 3 assignments due thursday.
-looking forward to tomorrow. home NOT alone and meeting Ju.
-longing a big fur-less soft toy to hug and squeeze during this blue period.
-korean class is progressing slower than my pace, which is kind of boring. wish to learn faster.
-need some cheap, good food.
-49% of me still wants to move out and have a university life.
-kids are adorable but annoying creatures.
-miss wendy so much all of a sudden. miss MC8-32 our room. ended up hugging myself for comfort.
-chatting to wendy makes me want to be religious again. which my superego forbids.
-going mad. please come visit me often in Tg Rambutan.

Moroniply
Multiply is urgh! Frustrating!
I couldn't get in without having to click at least 5 times yesterday and today I can't get in at all.
Urgh~
Neways, the weekend has just started.
Normally I have 4 days weekend as I don't have classes on Friday and Monday. Ha~
But I spent my Friday studying and half of my Saturday in school, this week I have 2 days only.
I'm planning to go back next 'weekend'.
Need to break away from this place for awhile.
I don't know, ever since HELP, none has much happened except school stuff.
Maybe we live apart, maybe we're not that close. There are just no activities after class.
End of class, buh-bye, see you in class, that's it.

I kind of miss living super near each other and hanging out after classes and exams.
And having birthday surprises in the middle of the night.
And cooking instant noodles illegally in the room for dinner.
And staying over at each other's place and talk till we're so tired we doze off.
And laugh the days by.
It all sums up saying, I'm not experiencing the university life I expected.
Somewhat lazy to go back. Suddenly 300km seems so far.
Not really homesick or anything, just need a break from this place, that's all.
Maybe I'm not contented, that's why life is so tiring nowadays.
Maybe it's patience, sucking up most of my energy.
I don't know.
And yea, I like it when Jo sms me for fun.
It feels like a family.
