3 year old Ethan knocked his head in the afternoon, and his forehead swelled up. When the parent came to pick him up, the parent was informed about the incident. When the parent was putting on the shoes, the following conversation took place.
Parent: You knocked your head and it swelled up?
Ethan: Yea.
Parent: Did you cry?
Ethan: No, I didn't cry.
Parent: You didn't cry.
Ethan: I feel sad.
Parent: Oh, you didn't cry, but felt sad.
