I started watching "How I met your mother" the series. It was ok, quite funny.

The kids came and started joining me watching it. I felt uncomfortable, but didn't say anything. Then he asked me what season it was, and asked me, if they could join and watch.
I said no. Then they left.

Reason being I felt that the language and concept and culture of the show was inappropriate for them. 'nuff said, I'm no parent nor nothing. I felt that I needed to tell them why I said no, that's how they'd learn. But I didn't feel obligated to tell, and didn't want to tell.
