The first formal outing with colleagues

It was a last minute thing, decided only a day before, as we rushed to the hypermarket and hardware stores to get the tools and food and stuff. In the end we did miss out certain things, but we survived. =)

It was a self-willing thing, which is not free food. I'm just glad most people wanted to go. Though it didn't end up really great, everyone was more or less in a rush to leave. There were lots of food left, while the fire took its own sweet time warming up, and we were hungry like mad.
We didn't talk much, spent most of the time trying to start the fire with recycled materials... =S We didn't even get to play the games we planned and everyone was almost gone. The ladies "surprised" me with a birthday song which halfway through Ainaa said 'faster blow! faster blow!' because the candles are burning out. Romantic, and fun, and totally predicted as they were so obvious. But thanks k, it was really nice, though I didn't cry wasn't touched, but really appreciated it, since we've only known each other for a short while. =)
