I wonder why we are going in circles, trying to identify something which I stated so many times that I don't know what it is. I wonder why I pay money to dig in so much pain that I could live with them buried in.
same here, i once doubt so and it trouble me a lots. I consult Mr. Gerald before. In his opinion, people think that they can live peacefully with the things buried insides. However, it does effect people. The longer it buried, the bigger it grow and it will eventually become a cancer. Bringing certain thing up to the awareness again actually can bring people to a bigger world, giving people another kind of choice n another perspective. He told me a story: There was a guy who lived in the village. Everytime he had to cook, he had to collect wood, start fire. However, when he went to city, he aware that cooking can be just open the gas. Therefore, his world has become bigger and he can choose to stay in the village or to the city. That's what i can share with you. :)
I am ok with them buried inside, though they leak out at the corners a lot of times. To have really hard time during counselling sessions was just too difficult. But to change, I need to do something about it.
The 2 sides of me, is tearing me apart; one allowing myself to get hurt in order to change for the better, the other one withdrawing from the pain and giving up the opportunity to change.
